HSABuddy keeps your HSA and FSA expenses, receipts, and reimbursements in one place, so you know what you have already paid back to yourself and what is still waiting.

Why it exists
Many people pay medical bills out of pocket and reimburse themselves from the HSA years later. That only works if you can still prove each expense when the time comes. HSABuddy is the record keeper for that.

What you get
• Log an expense with the amount, date, provider, category, and who it was for
• Attach a receipt photo or PDF to each expense
• See at a glance whether an expense is unreimbursed, partly reimbursed, or reimbursed
• Reimburse in batches: choose the expenses and record the single withdrawal that covered them
• Keep HSA and FSA accounts separate, with plan-year tracking for the FSA
• Add family members so a spouse's or child's expense is filed under the right person
• If you want, let an AI model read receipts for you, using your own API key from the provider you pick

Your data stays yours
Receipts and records live in your own cloud storage, in a folder you control. Connect Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or Box. HSABuddy does not sell or share your data and does not show ads. You can export a full backup zip whenever you like and restore it on another device.
