The app is designed to be worn on a mobile device or wearable and will collect data on the user's movement patterns throughout the day. Based on this data, the app will send personalized goal setting messages to encourage users to adopt healthier habits. The app's goal is to improve the overall health and well-being of individuals with spinal cord injuries by promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices. The app is being developed with the input of individuals with spinal cord injuries, and it will be used in a research study to evaluate its effectiveness in promoting healthier lifestyles among this population.
