About SER Patient Access

SER Patient Access is used to access reports and images for patients who have had scans performed at a South East Radiology. You should always discuss your report with your doctor before you read the report yourself. When your result is ready to view, you will receive an email or SMS with an activation code. You will need to register your device with this activation code and then set up pin access. You can now access your results using just your pin on the registered device. You do not need to register your device or set up your pin again if you have another study performed. SER Patient Access allows you to view diagnostic reports of any studies as well as the images for these studies by clicking the ‘View Images’ button at the bottom of the report.
