Immediately after his graduation, Mashari Al-Arada worked as a cadre at the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait, then went to the private sector and worked in it for a few years, before moving on to work in the media and charitable fields for the benefit of a number of civil and governmental institutions, most notably his assumption of the position of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Awqaf in the State of Kuwait.

Despite his academic and professional preoccupations, Mashari Al-Arada paid attention to his artistic talent and did not abandon it. His talent appeared in the field of singing when he was a child. In 1995, he participated in issuing a number of folk and heritage songs, which he culminated in issuing his first album in 1999 entitled (Al-Mujaddidun), accompanied by a group of vocalists. Then the artistic productions continued, so he participated in a number of national and international festivals and released the series (Ya Raji’i), which included his famous song (Frush the dirt), which was a wide success on Arab satellite channels and on YouTube.

His artistic and intellectual interests qualified him to participate in a group of festivals and conferences interested in hymns and Islamic art around the world, and enabled him to accomplish more than 25 works in the charitable field in coordination with a group of charitable and voluntary institutions. (Ramadan) and (First Time), and he has various participations in national operettas, in addition to his interest in writing in a number of local and Arab magazines.

Thanks to his distinguished talent and in appreciation of his various efforts in the charitable, artistic and literary fields, vocalist Mashari Al-Arada received a number of honors and awards, as the Emir of the State of Kuwait honored him for his outstanding performance in national operettas. He was honored by Sharjah Radio and Television, with which he worked as a collaborator for years.

Meshary Al-Arada moved next to his Lord on January 7, 2018 at the age of 35, following a traffic accident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
