Kelley Cady is a 600+ hour Certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, Intuitive Eating Counselor Certified by the Original Intuitive Eating Pros, Wellcoaches Health and Well-being Coach, and holds a bachelor's degree in Movement Science.

Pilates Method of Movement

Kelley’s approach to Pilates is breath paced, technical, high sensation, and safe for every body designed to encourage improved somatic awareness and trains the whole body to feel stronger, longer, pain-free, and more balanced. Kelley places focus on functional breathing mechanics, postural symmetry, abdominal strength and control, joint strength, increased range of motion, and moving more naturally. The systematic practice of the Pilates Method coupled with focused breathing patterns has proven to be invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.

Intuitive Eating Coaching

Intuitive Eating is a self-care, anti-dieting eating framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought. Intuitive Eating is a weight-inclusive, evidence-based model, with a validated assessment scale and over 200 studies to date. You will learn a whole new way of eating without restriction, deprivation, or diets, how to make peace with food by focusing on nurturing your body rather than on the biology of starvation, and encouraging natural weight loss to help you find the weight you were meant to be. Intuitive Eating is a personal and dynamic process and includes 10 principles.

Expert Instruction and 1:1 Customized Coaching

All exercises and programs are instructed by Kelley Cady and customized to your body and lifestyle allowing you to work towards specific goals with guidance, accountability, and safety from Kelley.

No Experience Required and For Every Body

If you are new to the Pilates Method of Movement or Intuitive Eating, or have found me because you are in pain, injured, or ready to ditch the diet mentality, fear not! My extensive onboarding process will ensure you are familiar with my basic movement techniques and/or self-care eating framework so you can successfully progress at any level and/or stage in life.
