About MyRide - Link

“MyRide – Link” takes the fun of everyday mobility to a new level. With it, you can make your TMAX a more reliable partner than ever.

MyRide – Link is an app for connecting a smartphone to the TMAX “Communication Control Unit (CCU)” communication device using the smartphone tethering feature. Pair your vehicle with your smartphone using MyRide – Link to display information received by your smartphone, such as notifications and weather, on the vehicle’s meter.


Main features
Last Mile:
When combined with the TMAX-exclusive “Garmin Motorize”* motorcycle navigation app, MyRide – Link guides you all the way to your final destination. It also confirms your parking position.
*The parking position displays the location where the Bluetooth connection between the smartphone and CCU was disconnected.
*The “Garmin Motorize” app provided by Garmin must be downloaded separately (service fees apply for use of the navigation feature).

Settings:
Various CCU settings can be changed, such as rearranging the app layout or selecting which app notifications to enable.
Changeable settings:
・ Call and media volume
Change the volume for calls and music playback individually.
・ App layout
Organize the applications displayed on the meter.
・ App notification selection
Select the applications that can display notifications on the meter.
・ Management of connections with the CCU
Manage and add CCUs connected to your smartphone.

・ The features of this app can be used free of charge. However, customers are responsible any data charges incurred when downloading or using the app.
・ This option is only available on the MY22 TMAX series.
・ Use of the features described above requires a connection to the vehicle before riding. Follow the in-app tutorial to connect.
・ If the vehicle is moved from the last parking position, the tracking feature will not be available.
・ Since this app uses GPS and Bluetooth, it may accelerate the consumption of your smartphone battery.
・Communication may be disconnected due to power saving settings on some smartphones. For details, check the smartphone’s instruction manual or consult the provider.
・ The app screenshots shown are from a development version; actual specifications may differ.
・ Screen design, features, and other details may be changed or removed without notice.
