・Individual customers over 18 years old
・Customers with Japanese nationality
・Customers residing at the address listed on their driver's license
・Please take a photo of your driver's license with your smartphone camera and send it to us as proof of identity. Please take a clear photo of the front and back sides along the app screen. Driver's license must be valid within Japan.
・Customers who are not antisocial forces
・Customers who are not U.S. taxpayers
・Customers whose country of residence under tax law (country of tax payment) is only Japan
・Customers who do not fall under any of the following categories: a person who holds an important public position in a foreign government, etc., or a family member of such a person
・Customers who do not use the opened account for business purposes
・Customers applying to open an account using this app for the first time
