This is an official app provided by Fukui Shinkin Bank for individual customers. You can easily check your savings account balance and deposit/withdrawal details on your smartphone anytime, anywhere.

○Switching to a passbook-less account

○Reporting loss of cash card/passbook (immediate transaction suspension function)
○Push notification function (dispatch of deposit/withdrawal details, product/campaign information, etc.), etc.

*The most recent 50 transactions will be displayed from the past 62 days including the query execution date.

■People who can use it
Individual customers with Fukui Shinkin Bank savings accounts and cash cards are eligible.
*Up to 5 accounts of the same holder can be registered on one terminal.
*Some functions can be used even if you do not have a savings account.

■How to use
After downloading this app, enter your savings account branch number/account number, name in kana, date of birth, phone number (last 4 digits) sent to our bank, cash card PIN, and email address on the user registration screen. You can use it by entering it and setting a login password to use with this app.

■Notes
- This app can be used for free, but customers are responsible for communication charges incurred when downloading and using the app.
・Please note that the service may be unavailable due to system maintenance, etc.
- Please take security measures such as installing security software to prevent your smartphone from being infected with computer viruses or malicious programs.
- Accounts registered with the passbook-less function will no longer be able to use passbook transactions (including bookkeeping). If you wish to change from an account without a passbook to an account with a passbook, please visit our main branch office and complete the procedure. Please note that changing to a bankbook requires a fee prescribed by the Bank.
- This app has a function that works in conjunction with your current location information and sends notifications from the app as push notifications even when you are not using the app. You can choose not to use this feature when starting this app for the first time. Also, when using this function, you can always select a setting that consumes less battery (does not use GPS).
