In 1881, in Laurenzana, a small village in southern Italy, the craftsman Rocco Marone started the production of handmade hats, giving life to the Marone family company. This history, which has lasted for over 135 years, saw the passage of management to his son Raffaele, and the transfer first to Bitetto and then to Foggia. The first store opened in 1960, and the company expanded with new collections. Thanks to continuous research and development work, RAMAR has significantly increased its production capacity, going from a small 90 m2 room to a 1200 m2 structure, always maintaining the high craftsmanship quality of its hats.
