"SET & GO PRO" calculates the butt welding parameters in a simple, fast and useful way.
With easy guided steps, how to select the welding machine, set the characteristics of the pipe, choose the welding standard etc, "SET & GO PRO" immediately tells you how to weld!

The entire work cycle is then "assisted and guided step by step" also by a functional timer with countdown timer.

• Languages: English, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Romanian.
• Choice of welding machine: from list of Ritmo butt fusion hydraulic machines or free insertion of the thrust section of the cylinders (cm2, in2).
• Choice of welding standard: ISO 21307 SLP / DLP / SHP, UNI 10520 SINGLE / DUAL, DVS 2207-1, DVS 2207-11, ASTM F2620-13, WIS 4-32-08, NS 416-2, ES. 0207. GN-DG or free entry of interface pressure (MPa, bar, psi).
• Choice of tube diameter from list or free insertion (mm, in, IPS, DIPS).
• SDR choice or free insertion of the thickness (mm, in).
• Material choice (PE, PE80, PE100, PEHD, PP).
• Insertion of drag pressure (bar, psi).
• Insertion of room temperature (°C, °F) in the standards where required.
• Presentation of welding parameters (°C / bar or °F / psi).

• LIGHT FUNCTION: calculation of welding parameters and timer function for each phase of the welding cycle with acoustic signal in the last 10 seconds of each phase.

Set-up the easy life welding machine through your smart-phone/tablet with few and easy steps: choose the international welding standards (ISO, DVS, UNI, etc.), pipe diameter and SDR.
With the GPS and smartphone scanner you can collect, transfer, and store information by project name. You can record the exact location of each pipe weld as well as the construction site, you can scan pipe and fitting barcodes, scan operator badge, and take a photo before and after the installation.
With a detailed report at the end of each weld you have all the technical data with exact graphs and parameters to compare against international welding standards and geolocation map.
You can quickly share the welding reports in pdf format via email and whatsapp or save them to your phone or on a cloud archive.
