Martin Home is for the person living in the home.

Something is dripping, sticking or not heating. Take a photo, say what is wrong in a sentence, and send it. You will see when somebody has looked at it, when work starts, and when it is done.

Camera first. The reporting flow opens straight on the camera, because a photo says more than a paragraph and saves everyone a visit to find out what you meant.

Works with no signal. Fill the whole thing in from a basement or a laundry room and it sends itself when your phone is back in range. You do not have to stay on the screen.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Report a repair with photos, and say how urgent it is in plain words
• Say whether they may let themselves in, and leave a gate code or where the key is
• Follow the trail: reported, seen, started, done
• Message your property manager about a repair, in the same place
• Read your lease and its documents — the term, the rent, the deposit
• Withdraw a request you no longer need

WHAT YOU WILL NOT SEE
Anyone else's home, anyone else's requests, and none of the hours or money behind the work. That is not politeness — the server enforces it.

You need an invite from your property manager and the address of their Martin server. There is no Martin cloud and no account with us: your data goes to the server your manager runs and nowhere else.
