The Score provides transparency and compliance to stated guidelines, this is not a score based on the business customer experience but on businesses being truthful and transparent in cleaning protocols in the new normal.

Get to know the Klēn Score … What does a 3.0 Klēn Score mean?
3.0 - is a neutral score. It means that the business is fulfilling the most foundational cleaning guidelines across the different guideline categories.

3.5 - is a good score. It means that the business is going including a wider range of protocols in addition to the foundational guidelines.

4.0 - is a great score. It means that the business is fulfilling the wider range of guidelines and has also implemented it’s own procedures going beyond expectations.

5.0 - means the business is overshooting the moon with preparedness.

Consumer input can corroborate the adherence of the consumer-facing guidelines, moving the score up and down towards a 5 or a 1, encouraging business to remain truthful to what they say they are doing.
