ISA is going to bring out a handout to create awareness in the public and patients about different types of anaesthesia and their safety. The information will be given regarding the safe conduct of anaesthesia and at the same time emphasis will be laid to extract information regarding old medical history and old anesthesia exposure including any untoward incidence from the patients in order to provide safe anaesthesia. The ISA will also conduct exhibitions regarding various anesthesia procedures. These exhibitions would be in the form of posters, cartoons, short films etc. It would highlight the role of anaesthesiogists during surgery, as a perioperative physician and safety aspects of anaesthesia.
