How does a Personal Loan Using DMI Finance App work?

1)Loan Amount : ₹10,000 to ₹5,00,000
2) Repayment Tenor: 6 to 60 months
3) Rate of Interest/Annual Percentage Rate(APR) : 12% to 40%

Illustrative Example:

Loan Amount: ₹50,000
Tenure: 12 months
Interest Rate: 22% (on reducing principal balance interest calculation)
EMI: ₹4,680
Total Interest Payable: ₹4,680 x 12 months - ₹50,000 Principal = ₹6,160
Processing Fees: (2% of loan amount + GST) - ₹1,180
Disbursed Amount: ₹50,000 - ₹1,180 = ₹48,820
Total Amount Payable: ₹4,680 x 12 months = ₹56,160

Installed Apps: We require this permission to collect and monitor the list of installed apps in the device for security purposes & fraud risk management.

Device Information: This permission is required to collect and monitor specific information about the device to uniquely identify it and ensure that unauthorized devices are not able to act on customer's behalf.

Location: To initiate the KYC, we need to collect location information about the device.

Camera & Storage: Storage and camera permissions are collected to easily upload/download KYC documents, selfies, and photo proofs needed for KYC verification, loan agreements, etc. No personal files or media are accessed.

Responsible Lending: DMI Finance personal loans are fully regulated and legally compliant with the policies of RBI.
