The official application of the PPID (Information and Documentation Management Officer) of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Bringing public information disclosure services mandated by Law 14/2008 to your fingertips.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Browse public information documents according to the four classifications of the KIP Law: Periodic, Immediate, Anytime, and Exempted Information.
• Submit information requests without having to come to campus, then save the ticket number.
• Track the status of your request, including service deadlines and processing history.
• Submit service complaints, using the option of anonymous mode.
• Read the PPID profile, service information, legal basis, and annual report.
• Take part in public satisfaction surveys regarding public information services.
• View service statistics: number of requests, resolutions, and satisfaction index.

NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKER

This app does not require you to register. There are no passwords, no ads, and no third-party trackers. The National Identification Number (NIK) entered on individual applications is sent directly to the PPID (Regional Information Information Provider) and is not stored on the device.

The ticket number you create is stored encrypted on your device and can be deleted at any time via the Settings menu.

TRULY ANONYMOUS COMPLAINTS

If you choose to report anonymously, your name, email address, and phone number are not sent at all—not just hidden. Visits to the complaint screen are also not recorded.

ABOUT PPID

The PPID is a mandatory unit for every public body according to Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure. The PPID of UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau serves information requests from the general public, students, researchers, journalists, and monitoring institutions.

The deadline for processing information requests is 14 working days from the date of receipt.
