With NyugtaSegéd, you issue a receipt from your phone, and the customer receives it immediately: via QR code, email, shareable link or printed.

NAV DATA SERVICE
From September 1, 2026, data on receipts must be provided to NAV. NyugtaSegéd compiles the previous day's summary every night and sends it to the NAV's machine interface. In the log, you can see day by day what went wrong, when the office confirmed it, and where something went wrong.

To set up the NAV connection, the program guides you step by step through the tasks to be performed on the NAV website, with real screenshots.

KEEPING YOUR RECEIPTS
A receipt image is made of each receipt at the moment of issuance, with a qualified electronic stamp. You can download your receipts at any time in a spreadsheet or in a certified receipt package if you have to hand them over during an audit.

ALSO FOR YOUR ACCOUNTANT
If you have an accountant, you can invite them: they can see your receipts and the NAV log, and they can download the spreadsheet for any period. They will not issue a receipt for you — that's up to you.

MORE EMPLOYEES, MORE BUSINESSES
You can add employees to your business, with separate authorization levels. You can manage multiple businesses with one account, and you can switch between them at any time.
