You should not have to know whether your knee belongs to Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine or Joint Surgery. A large Chinese hospital has dozens of departments, and the right one changes with your diagnosis. Tell us what is wrong, in your own words, and what kind of doctor you want. We choose the hospital and the department, hold the appointment with their international desk before you leave home, and send you the date and the time.

- Arrange the visa letter, flights, airport pickup, accommodation and an interpreter

- Every price with its source and the date it was checked
- Our service fee, stated openly: 10-15% of the travel package only, never a percentage of your medical bill
- The referral fee the hospital pays us - printed on your quote, not "available on request"
- A published refund schedule, including full refunds for medical reasons, visa refusal, or a hospital cancellation

VISA, HONESTLY
Hainan grants visa-free entry to 61 countries for 30 days and its policy text names medical treatment as a permitted purpose. Nationwide waivers - including the 30-day one covering UK and Canadian passports - do NOT permit treatment. The app tells you which route applies to your passport, and warns you off the ones that will get you stopped at the border.

MERIDIAN is a travel and coordination service, not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice, and we promise no outcome. Every clinical decision rests with the treating hospital and its licensed physicians. You pay the hospital directly - we never hold your treatment money.
