Ved hjælp app’en og BTE IoT-medicinsk udstyr får patienter deres symptomer og sundhedsdata målt og indsendt af en sundhedsprofessionel, eller dem selv. Dataen indsendes ved at udfylde forskellige spørgeskemaer som kan findes i app’ens “Gennemfør målinger” sektion. De indsendte data monitoreres løbende af eLægerne, som dermed kan følge status for de subakutte patienter og justere behandlingen efter behov.

Using the app and the connected IoT BLE enabled medical devices, patients have their symptoms and health measurements measured and submitted by a healthcare professional or by themselves. The data is submitted by completing questionnaires which can be accessed in the apps “Start visit” section. The submitted data is continuously monitored by the eDoctors in the region, who can thus follow the status of the sub-acute patients and adjust the treatment as needed.
