Lakshmi is also called Sri or Thirumagal because she is endowed with six auspicious and divine qualities, or gunas, and is the divine strength of Vishnu. Lakshmi Chalisa is a devotional song based on Lakshmi Mata. Lakshmi Chalisa is a popular prayer composed of 40 verses. This Chalisa is sung by devotees of Lakshmi Mata for fulfilment of their wishes. Laxmi Chalisa dedicated to Maa Laxmi, Goddess of wealth & bliss on this auspicious occasion of Deepavali. Lakshmi Chalisa consists of forty verses dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth.
