APP'NQT deploys a professional mentoring program dedicated to young graduates, and executives or executives of companies. Completely free, the program allows young graduates, whatever their background, their skills or their professional project, to be accompanied in their job search, work-study program, or in the creation of a business. At the rate of a few hours a month, the mentor makes every effort to launch their professional career. An NQT mentor is an active executive or leader who works in one of the 700 partner companies, and in the sector of activity that the young people are targeting. The mentor is there to guide them, equip them and support them during the period of job search, work-study or business creation. Young people benefit from the experience of mentors to be more relevant and efficient. It is a personalized, tailor-made support for a young graduate for his economic integration. APP'NQT gives access to young people and mentors, a space for exchanges between them, or with the NQT teams, a job board, networking moments, workshops, training and tools; but also to methods of personal development, of one's network, or of one's professional career.
