You will be provided with workouts and meal inspirations to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Johannah.
This app promotes a healthy balanced lifestyle, with attention to free movement and expression.
Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness and ability levels and are no longer than 1 hour. (Do what you can, take breaks, respect your limits and have fun.)
