HEARTS, an acronym for Hospital Emergency Assistance and Response Tracking System, is a mobile and web-based app designed to help ambulance networks efficiently communicate, order, and dispatch emergency medical services. The app provides real-time tracking of ambulance locations, allowing for resources to be allocated more efficiently based on proximity to emergencies. It also facilitates seamless communication between emergency responders and dispatch centers, ensuring a timely and accurate exchange of information. By streamlining the process of ordering the necessary medical team and supplies, HEARTS aims to reduce response times and improve patient outcomes.

The system integrates advanced technology and data analytics, enabling quick decision-making by analyzing factors such as traffic conditions and the availability of medical personnel. This comprehensive approach enhances the overall efficiency of emergency medical services, promoting the safety and well-being of patients in need of emergency care.
