This application is designed as a support tool Health and Safety Coordinator of a construction site.

Security coordination required to document the actions of the Security Coordinator are specified in coordination meetings and follow-up visits.

The number of these meetings and visits and content is conditioned by the phases of the work, the progressive incorporation of agents involved and the pace of the work itself.

This application consists of a query module and a management module works.

Query menu allows you to consult the applicable requirements of safety and health according to different contractual relationships that may exist in a building work. It also allows the consultation of the most important labor legislation related to construction and also has a register where the user can proceed to file documents and images.

Query module is completed with access to databases Phases Work, Meetings Coordination and Follow-up meetings that allows modification of its content by the user.

The management module provides enlist works by specifying the agents involved in them and in such works document both coordination meetings and monitoring carried out by the coordinator.

For each work discharged the application generates, based on the construction phase or combination of phases chosen by the user, a list of criteria both coordination and monitoring that can be considered a model of minutes of coordination and monitoring.

These proposed criteria for the records are editable and the user can modify or expand and further follow-up meetings were allowed to attach photographs and
voice recordings. It also has a record of specific documents for each work discharged.

Finally, the application can generate reports of meetings and follow-up visits in each work and stored in the application and can also generate taking into account the meetings held between two dates.

Ultimately, it is helpful to document security coordination work in progress (CSS), using current technology. This is without prejudice to the obligations of the CSS referred to in RD 1627/97 regarding the use and diligence of the logbook.
