Choose between sorting the fish by spawn rate or alphabetically.
A simple click adds the fish to your list. Once you have clicked wrong, you can remove the fish with a long click from the list.

Here you can see which fish are available this month that you have not yet fished.

Pay attention to the exclamation mark! Because these fish will have disappeared next month

This works automatically when you use 'Now fishing'. A newly fished fish is automatically marked as fished.
