Nowadays spending hours after hours on mobiles isn't an uncommon thing. And that can lead to eye problems, bad posture, low digestion and the list goes on.
Refresh sends you alerts to follow the 20-20-20 rule. Briefly put, for every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break and focus your eyes on something at least 20 feet away. Performing this gives your eyes the break they need.
Refresh alerts float on top of other applications so, you don't get confused between any other notification and refresh alert. Also, you can change the interval, position, sound and vibration of the alert.
Depending upon your mood, you get exercises to fit the same. It also includes eye exercises like blinking, eye movement and focus shift. The exercises are simple yet effective, if done routinely.
You can also perform posture and relaxation exercises, practice mindfulness or write journal. You can refresh your eyes, body and mind.
