processing (NLP) and a health knowledge graph, our symptom checker module guides a patient
through a clinical triaging process in their own language remotely to accurately capture their
condition and request the appropriate healthcare services. Based on the patient's current
symptoms and previous medical history, the platform then provides the provider with actionable
clinical insights to offer the patient the best possible care. For better disease management, MedAi
also provides patients with personalised health education content in their native languages.
