PRE CARE offers you safe, health-oriented and varied training in one app. Would you like to improve your movement, reduce pain, try yoga, gain more quality of life through back training or just can't decide on ONE form of training? You are in the right place! With PRE CARE you get access to over 100 different courses in a media library, regular live courses (which you can access flexibly in the app for 72 hours, by the way) and interesting blog posts. Our blog posts provide you with concise and scientific information for your nutrition and mental health. you have questions You can contact our sports scientists and physiotherapists directly via our chat.

PRE CARE offers you a large number of courses that can be called up at any time, including yoga, Pilates, functional training, stretching & mobilization, cardio training, back coaching and coordination training. An extensive filter function is available to you, the training duration, the training level, the training goal and the training focus.

Before you start your first training, you will complete a small questionnaire to give you the opportunity to contact us on a voluntary basis before your first training.
