With the DAK online video consultation, you can contact doctors quickly and conveniently via your smartphone. Regardless of whether you need general medical advice on your health issues - such as illnesses, therapies or surgical procedures - or individual treatment remotely including a certificate of incapacity for work (eAU), e-prescription or a health certificate for your child.

A digital questionnaire (symptom query) is used to check in advance whether treatment via video consultation is suitable.

For data protection reasons, this app is only accessible to DAK insured persons aged 16 and over.

Medical treatment:

Here you will find general information about your medical questions. You can get advice from 6 a.m. to midnight, 365 days a year. Use an immediate appointment (within 30 minutes) or make an appointment within 24 hours. Before the video consultation, you can share documents with the doctor, such as medical findings or prescriptions.

You can also use the video consultation for medical advice if your child is ill. Of course, you will also receive a health certificate for your child after the treatment if you need it.


Asynchronous skin check:

In addition to medical treatment, you can also have a skin check carried out. To do this, you upload several images of the affected area of ​​skin along with a questionnaire and receive a medical assessment within 24 hours. Everything is very simple and digital.


The DAK online video consultation is a fully digitalized offer of exclusive remote treatment. You have the opportunity to receive medical treatment via video telephony. In addition to making a diagnosis and recommending therapy, the treatment also includes the possible issuing of a certificate of incapacity for work or an electronic prescription. Following the treatment, you will also receive a layman's report for your records.
