You can set your own individual goals, rate them with points and then weight them.
There are no limits and no set goals because everyone is different. Since you can choose from a pool of goals every day, you remain flexible and can reach your daily goal of points without monotony.

Goals and points can e.g. be:

at least 30 min. sport 3 points
no meat 1 point
at least 7 hours of sleep 2 points
10,000 steps 2 points
at least 2 liters of water 1 point
A serving of vegetables 2 points
Intermittent fasting (6 p.m. to 12 p.m.). 4 points
