PRODUCT SEARCH
Simply scan the QR code attached to the Aldra element and you will receive information about the product via the Mein Aldra app, such as the appropriate individual declaration of performance.

DASHBOARD
The dashboard offers you a quick overview of your orders and offers: Which orders still have to be confirmed, which offers are still open or when is the planned delivery date?

ORDER MANAGEMENT
In order management you not only get an overview of the status of your orders, here you can:
a) Confirm open orders
b) Change orders
c) Cancel orders
d) see for which orders payments are open and
e) see which orders are ready for delivery.
You can contact us from any page of the order management with just one click.

OFFER MANAGEMENT
Also with just one click, you can convert offers into orders in Mein Aldra's offer management and track the current status of your offers.

DELIVERY
When do you get which order? Under the "Delivery" tile you will see the scheduled delivery date. Consignment advice, delivery note and declaration of performance are available for download here as pdf.

COMPLAINTS
Under "Complaints" you will find two digital forms: the glass complaint form and a general complaint form. Fill in this field by field and then click on "Submit". Your request is already placed with us, so that we can take care of it as soon as possible. You can also upload your own photos of the complaint here.

RACKS
You can notify us of the free frames using the online "Frame approval" form. Simply enter the rack number and either choose your own company address or the current location of the rack (address).
The free frames can be scanned EASIER AND FASTER with the integrated barcode scanner. As soon as you click on "Send", our disposition will pick up the tour planning.

EXPERTHEK
You are always connected to the Aldra Experthek via Mein Aldra. There you will find specialist knowledge of Aldra products and can order catalogs or simply download price lists and technical drawings via the integrated web shop.

NOTIFICATIONS
Mein Aldra can send you emails and push messages so that you have your head clear for your customers, your employees or the construction site. You decide what information you are notified about. For example, have an email sent to you when your order goes into production and a push message directly to your mobile phone when an order has been updated. Choose email and push notifications, for example, if confirmation from you is required so that there is no delay. With the interval function you can control the rhythm of the notifications.
