Zombie Maze - Dark Escape is a tense escape game set in a pitch-black maze. You see
what your flashlight reveals — a narrow cone in front of you. What is behind that
wall? Maybe the key. Maybe a zombie that has been waiting for you.

HOW TO PLAY
Press and drag anywhere to move; the joystick appears under your finger. Find the
key hidden in the maze, then reach the locked exit. One touch from a zombie ends
the run. Every level is bigger and more crowded than the last.

THREE ZOMBIE TYPES
• Normal — slow but relentless, you can out-walk it
• Runner — fast, you will have to sprint
• Lurker — waits motionless in the dark and lunges when you get close

FIVE ITEMS
• Torch — widens your field of view for a while
• Candle — lights up the spot where you place it
• Bomb — explodes after 3 seconds and kills nearby zombies... and you too if you
are still in the blast radius. Be careful!
• Compass — points to the key, or to the exit once you have it
• Lantern — briefly reveals the surrounding area in a dim glow

PERMANENT UPGRADES
Spend the coins you collect in the shop:
• Bag — carry up to 3 items at once
• Shoes — increase your sprint speed
• Flashlight — extend your vision range

Before each run you choose which items go into your bag. Good preparation is the
difference between escaping and getting caught.

• Every 5th level is a horde level with far more zombies
• Rotating level themes: stone halls, mossy cellar, purple dungeon, crimson hell
• Sprint and stamina system
• Freeze, invisibility, speed and map power-ups
• Rising heartbeat and tension music in the dark
