We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Ziply Fiber app, created to deliver refreshingly great customer service right to your pocket.
All your Ziply Fiber account management tools have been refined and are now accessible in one spot: view and pay your bill, set up autopay and paperless billing, manage your account and profile information, and access professional support via live chat.
Security: You can now manage almost all your personal account details in the app via 2-factor authentication.
Consistency: Expect to see very similar design and tools on the web-based version of MyAccount as we work to adapt to the device you’re using.
Flexibility: We’re now able to make more frequent updates to the app based on metrics and feedback. Keep the feedback coming; we’re listening.
Future enhancements may include: troubleshooting your service, upgrading your speed, managing and monitoring your router.
Please note:
We will be retiring the legacy MyZiply app in early 2024, but will continue to support both apps until that time.
