What are my loan terms?

Customers can express a preference for loans of 61 days.
- 61-day loan payment terms have a one-time processing fee of 9-30%*
- Processing Fee: Range from KSh 45 - KSh 870 for a one-time charge.
- Loan Amount: from KSh 500 to KSh 30,000.
- Grow with Zenka and build your limit up to KSh 30,000 by making your loan repayments on time

For example, for a 61-day loan with a principal amount of KSh 1,000, the processing fee would be KSh290 and the total amount due would be KSh 1,290.

Customers have the option to repay their loan amounts even up to 12 months (ZenkaFlexi option).

Privacy and permissions: When you download Zenka, we will ask to scan your M-Pesa SMS and other information in order to verify your identity, creditworthiness, and provide you with the fastest loan in Kenya. We take privacy very seriously, and your personal information will never be shared without your direct permission.

Terms and Conditions: Zenka charges a one-time processing fee of 9-30%* of the principal amount. There is no minimum payment period for repayment; customers may make payments towards their principal at any time following disbursement. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Effective APR: 70.7%-224.89%. Zenka is totally transparent with the fees applied.

How does it work?

1. Download Zenka App
Visit the Google Play Store. Search for Zenka Loan App and download it on your mobile.

2. Fill the short application form
After downloading our app, choose how much money you need and sign up with Zenka.

3. Receive money on your M-Pesa account
Your application will be evaluated, and when it is approved, you will receive money on your M-Pesa account.

4. Need additional financing?
Make use of our flexible additional amount feature that allows you to top up your existing loan with extra cash, up to your current credit limit.

5. Need more time to repay?
Loan extensions give you more control over your loan by letting you postpone your due date by 7, 14 or 30 days.

6. Repay on time and build a positive credit history
Timely repayment increases your credit limit and allows you to apply for higher amounts in the future.
