About Awale Mancala - Oware Awari
Oware the way it is played on a real board: carved wood, seeds you watch fall one by one, and two hands that scoop them up and sow them just like in life.
FULLY OFFLINE
No account, no connection, nothing to create. The game opens in flight mode and works anywhere.
HANDS THAT REALLY PLAY
Every seed exists on its own. The hand comes down, closes its fingers around the handful, moves from house to house and drops one seed at each stop. When a capture happens it goes back over the captured houses, in order, and carries the seeds to the store. Nothing teleports.
THE GAME EXPLAINS WHAT IT DOES
The most common complaint about oware apps is "the computer does not follow the rules". The rule is followed — nothing explains it. Here every move is spoken: how many seeds were sown, what was taken, and above all why a capture did not happen — chain too long, or a move that would starve the opponent.
THE DECIDING RULE, ON ITS OWN SCREEN
A capture can empty 4 houses in a row (classic rule) or 5 (Abapa, the tournament rule). This setting changes everything, and most apps bury it at the bottom of a menu. Here you choose it at first launch, in plain words, and you can change it at any time.
THREE AIDS TO IMPROVE
• Sowing preview: hold a house and see where each seed will land, and what the move would bring.
• Houses in danger: the ones your opponent can capture next move are outlined.
• End-of-game review: "your move 12 cost you 7 seeds".
SIX HONEST LEVELS
From beginner to master. The lower levels look less far ahead and blunder sometimes — they do not play at random. Each level beats the one below it, verified over thousands of games.
