It has been shown that music can help mental health in particular depression. But there is no scientific research into this topic. This is app is the first step to investigate effects of music on mental health. Everyday you will listen to 30 minutes of pre-selected music and fill in short questionnaires. We are hoping to collect the first evidence on whether and how music helps with mental health, in particular depression.
