From September 1, 2024, checking in and out (Check In and Out at Work - CIAO) is mandatory for cleaning companies and companies active in the cleaning sector in Belgium.
You can do this via the RSZ platform where employees can check in and out via QR code scanning on a smartphone.
However, as an employer you will have to regularly check the RSZ platform to see whether the registrations have actually been carried out.
But if you, as a manager, want to exclude all possible errors (and therefore also fines), use our mobile app and the web platform.
This way you maintain control, comply with all standards, avoid fines, and make things much easier for yourself and your employees.
