About Win Shards

The board is set. The clock is running. In Win Shards, you have 60 seconds to swap, match, and clear as many ice pieces as possible before the round ends.

Each swap in Win Shards moves a piece one position to the left, right, up, or down — but only if the move creates a match of three or more identical pieces. Matched pieces vanish, points are counted, and gravity pulls the remaining pieces downward. Five symbols make up the deck: snowflakes ❄️, ice cubes 🧊, snowmen ☃️, crowns 👑, and castles 🏰.

Longer matches leave behind something special. Four in a line produces a Frozen Bomb: trigger it to shatter a 3x3 zone of pieces and earn 50 bonus points. Five in a line produces a Royal Storm: release it to eliminate all pieces of that type from every corner of the board and collect 100 bonus points. Timing when to activate these pieces can double or triple your score for a round.

Win Shards includes three modes of play. Easy mode uses a 6x6 grid with five lives. Medium raises the target and lowers your lives to four. Hard stretches the board to 7x7, leaves you three lives, and demands 2000 points to clear the round.

Earn a rank at the end of each game in Win Shards — from Ice Novice all the way up to Snow King — and use it as motivation to sharpen your strategy for the next run.
