- Scan the barcode on the Bill of Lading to instantly view the Consignee's name, address and phone number, as well as the important Product information. Phone numbers are "Tap–N–Dial" so you can call ahead to ensure Consignee is present.
- The Consignee can sign for the delivery right on your phone!
- Request an Accessorial with one tap while still at the delivery. Approval will be sent via text message. Your dispatcher will see the approval as well!
- Submit an OS&D in the app. Take photos of damage and receive instructions directly on your phone. Your dispatcher will receive them; no more calling dispatch for instructions!
