If you are having problems with instalation, install the app directly from watch: search "FirstClass_04" from Play Store on watch and hit on install button.
Alternatively, try installing the watch face from web browser.

This watch face supports Wear OS devices - API 28+
Its mainly designed for Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5 or Pixel Watch.
