The Vitakt app ensures transparency and structure: You are not alone in completing the tasks, but can put together a care team and determine and manage the individual members and roles. With the help of the app, you are no longer alone, but always have someone at your side.



When you open the app, a pinboard shows you what's still pending: So that you don't lose track of what needs to be done, it offers a cross-team overview of pending and new tasks. The planner makes it possible to differentiate between tasks and appointments. Here you can see what you have already done, which tasks still need to be taken on, which ones have already been assigned and which appointments are coming up. You can also add guests to the appointments, who will then be informed about all appointment updates.

From the chat you can create, manage, take over tasks or assign them to individual team members.

So that you know well about the person you are caring for together, you can create a care profile. This is used to collect and exchange information. In addition to the central address book with all contacts of the person to be cared for, you will find general data such as date of birth, address and telephone number. You can also store important documents such as a health care power of attorney or living will in the emergency pass. Everything is completely secure and takes into account the European data protection standard in accordance with the GDPR.

There is a special feature of the app for Vitakt home emergency call customers: it is possible for them to integrate their home emergency call system into the Vitakt app. In the chat, the team members are then informed about messages received from the Vitakt customer via the home emergency call system. To do this, a message is sent to the chat in the Vitakt app via the Vitakt service control center.

With its connection to the Vitakt service control center, the Vitakt app has another benefit for the care community: By sharing the messages that are sent from the service control center to all team members, individuals can support each other even more specifically. In addition to dividing up the tasks at hand, there is also an emotional relief from worry.
