Wouldn't connect at first but then remembered Virgin Broadband uses 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz automatically, I turned off 5Ghz and it connected straight away. Hope this helps others.

The trick to setting up app is the vacuum has to be OFF the charger to reset wifi.

I had no issues pairing the robot vacuum to the app and it works as advertised. Fairly straightforward instructions too.
