About Jarbles
Jarbles turns planning birthdays, baby showers, and dinner parties into a charming visual experience where every event becomes a colorful glass marble in your personal mason jar. The app is built around four simple fabric-ribbon tabs named Jar, Marbles, Add, and Search, making it easy to see your whole event collection at a glance. On the Jar tab you see a beautiful top-down illustration of a mason jar filled with marbles, each representing an event you have planned, along with a kraft paper tag tied around the neck that displays three essential counters. Those counters show your total events, events happening this week, and the total number of guests you are expecting, all stamped in a clean typewriter style. Outside the jar a few marbles sit on the rustic wooden table to show your next three upcoming events, so you never miss what is coming soon. The Marbles tab gives you a complete list where each event appears as a glossy marble with the event title etched on its surface and the date below, and you can swipe any marble left or right to quickly edit or delete it. Tapping a marble opens a detail view where you can review or modify the event’s title, date, location, and guest count. Adding a new event is effortless: just switch to the Add tab, fill in the name, pick a date, optionally add a location, and set the number of guests with a stepper, then tap “Drop in Jar.” The marble’s color changes based on the type of occasion—warm coral for birthdays, soft mint for baby showers, and calming lavender for dinner parties—giving your jar a delightful, organized look. When an event is complete, a tiny five-pointed star becomes etched inside its marble, celebrating the moment without any checkmarks or clutter. The Search tab lets you filter your collection by event title, displaying matching results as a neat grid of smaller marbles so you can find any gathering in seconds. Everything you create is stored securely and privately on your device, so there is no need for an account, cloud sync, or internet connection. The interface uses smooth transitions and soft shadows to make the marble collection feel tangible and fun, keeping the focus on your plans rather than complex tools. Jarbles is designed for anyone who wants a personal way to organize casual gatherings without spreadsheets, reminders overload, or complicated features.
