About Pick Ticket Office

Pick Ticket Office is a component of Ubirider's transport operations management platform. It is solely intended for the ticket agents of transport operators who are Ubirider's clients.

Pick Ticket Office works on any Android smartphone (with or without a printer) to sell tickets and recharge fares at physical locations, like ticket offices or through sales agents. With Pick Ticket Office, you can:

- Have real-time access to available tickets, titles and fares and their prices, rules and extras, for each type of customer;
- Sell your offer with real-time registration at Pick Insight, including payments with Contactless bank cards (using ‘Tap-on-Phone’ system on the same smartphone);
- Recharge of closed-loop travel cards;
- Receive a sales report at the end of the shift of each Ticket Office salesperson or sales agent;
- Manage sales’ commissions;
- Expand without limits your sales network at no additional cost (anyone with an Android smartphone can be a sales agent).
