Bangladesh Television (BTV) is the government-controlled public service broadcaster of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. It represents the government through producing news programs and presenting objective news keeping it accountable to the people. Bangladesh Television makes creative programs and air objective news for people irrespective of age, class and vocation and ensures free flow of information.
As the media of the people, BTV upholds the spirit of the glorious libration war and broadcasts programmes including drama music, dance, documentaries magazine programmes, religious programmes, talk show, debate and reality show keeping in mind preference and opinion of the people and interest of the country.
