About CENOVA

CENOVA is a field visit tracking and sales management app built for sales representatives and managers who work with the Odoo ERP system. It helps your field team register visits, manage clients and orders, and keep managers informed — all from a phone, without paperwork.

**What CENOVA does**

CENOVA turns every client visit into a clear, verifiable record. When you arrive at a client's location, the app uses GPS geofencing to confirm you are physically present before you register the visit. You can record three types of visits: a Field Visit (follow-up), Samples (product display), or a Quotation/Order (sales recording). For each visit you can add products with quantities and prices, and attach notes so nothing is missed.

**Client and product management on the go**

You can search your existing clients directly from the Odoo ERP server, or create a new client on the spot with their name, phone, email, contact person, and business activity. The app also lets you browse the product catalog, select the items you need, and include them in your quotation or order.

**Manager dashboard**

Managers can review every visit in one place. Filter visits by date range or by a specific representative, view detailed visit cards showing the visit type, timestamp, sales, products, notes, and any accompanying users, and page through large result sets with ease.

**Built for field teams**

Register accompanied visits by selecting another representative to join. The app is fully localized in Arabic and English with RTL layout support, detects your online/offline status and notifies you accordingly, and supports both light and dark themes. Updates are delivered in-app so you always have the latest version.

**How it works**

1. Log in with your Odoo credentials
2. Select an existing client or create a new one
3. Verify your location at the client site
4. Choose your visit type: Field Visit, Samples, or Quotation/Order
5. Add products and notes, then submit

**Permissions**

• Location — Required to verify your presence at the client location during visit registration. Location is used only while you are actively registering a visit or creating a client.

**Note:** CENOVA connects to your organization's Odoo ERP account and is intended for company use. You will need an active Odoo account provided by your organization — contact your administrator for access credentials.
