Constantly on the lookout for creativity and innovation, Sushi has now been reinventing sushi for 20 years, especially through its collaborations with renowned top chefs. Amongst the chefs that have worked with the brand are: Cyril Lignac, Jean-François Piège, Thierry Marx, Joël Robuchon, Kei Kobayashi, and, in 2018, Anne-Sophie Pic, the only female French chef to have been awarded three Michelin stars.

Throughout the year you can also discover our special limited edition boxes, the fruit of our collaborations with artists, designers and illustrators. Inside they contain special surprises in the form of brand new dishes created by our team of chefs!
