About DART Rider Assistance Programs
Registered users of DART’s Rider Assistance Programs (RAP), DART Rides and Collin County Rides, can plan, schedule, and pay for trips within the program service areas.

- Trips can be scheduled on-demand or up to seven days in advance.

DART Rides and Collin County Rides are Rider Assistance Programs for registered residents of qualified cities or ZIP codes who are age 65 or over OR have a certified disability. Enrollment is required. Persons interested in applying for the service should complete an application to determine eligibility.
