Sheikh Saud Al-Shuraim was born in the year 3861 AH, corresponding to the year 1966, in Riyadh. He also joined the College of Fundamentals of Religion at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh and graduated in the year 1409. He also holds a master’s degree in judiciary in the year 1413 AH. He assumed the imam of the Grand Mosque from 1412 AH to 1444 AH. He was also assigned to teach in The Grand Mosque in the year 1414, and he obtained a professorship in jurisprudence and jurisprudence, and was appointed dean of the College of Judicial Studies and Regulations.
