About EchoCanvas Local
EchoCanvas Local is a lightweight media personalization app built around real wallpapers, verified system tones, and a local saved library on Android. Users can open a wallpaper browser for photos stored on the device, review a ringtone studio fed by system tone records, and keep saved wallpaper or tone actions inside a local library. READ_MEDIA_IMAGES is used to read real local photos for wallpaper browsing. SET_WALLPAPER is declared so selected images can be applied as wallpaper. WRITE_SETTINGS is declared so the app can use Android's public settings APIs for tone-related actions. In testing, the app showed a photo-access permission prompt for local wallpapers, a ringtone list with 67 system tone items, and an empty saved library screen.
