What is art and what is an artist? It was always clear to us: to be an artist you need passion for something. It takes courage to try new things and perseverance to complete your work. At least that's how we see it at Apapika. For us it's not just about mixing two cuisines and hoping to stand out from the crowd, there's a lot of sweat and hard work behind the concept.

Our sauces, for example, were developed with the help of two award-winning chefs and then improved with a family recipe. Since then, our sauces have also become a trademark of Apapika. Every single bowl is a work of art in itself. As Wolfgang Puck once said: "Cooking is like painting or composing: there are only so many colors and notes. What matters is how you combine them." Over the last two years, Apapika has grown and we now have three locations and another one is planned. Our goal is to share our passion with other people. Yes, we are still at the beginning, but good art is worth discovering.
